Project Description

Wholesale/Retail Billing System provides to track Purchase and Sales Orders (SKU's). Reporting system allows to view up-to-date information on Stock, Customer Balance, Vendor Payments, etc. System clears the stock as per FIFO.

  • Allows to track stock/goods flow starting from purchases to sales
  • Able to create and track customer, vendor, item/product information's
  • Only authorized users can login to system. Each user can be of different role, user can access transactions that allowed for his role
  • Allows to track Payments / Receipts information for Bank and Cash transactions
  • Various reports that user can use to track Cash/Bank Transactions, Stock Balance, Vendor/Customer Balances, etc…
  • Generates the Bill when Sales to Customer is made. It can be printed at anytime and any number of times
  • Allows to track Daily/Monthly purchases/sales with revenue and VAT details
  • Multiple people can work at same time
